UNLIMITED CHECK WRITING - As a member of The Home Folks Account, you may write as many checks as you want at no additional charge.

DISTINCTIVE PERSONALIZED CHECKS will be provided to you designating you as a Home Folks Account member at no additional charge.

$10,000.00 ACCIDENTAL DEATH/DISMEMBERMENT INSURANCE AND $20,000.00 COMMON CARRIER is provided immediately at no additional charge.  Coverage is reduced 50% at age 70.  If joint account, you may elect additional coverage - see application.

REDUCED RATES ON INSTALLMENT LOANS - As a member of the Home Folks Account, you are eligible for a reduced rate on direct installment loans of $5,000.00 or more when approved and payments are automatically deducted from your account.

SAFE DEPOSIT BOX COUPON will be issued to you which is good for a $5.00 one- time coupon to apply to the rental price of any size safe deposit box depending upon availability.

TRAVELERS CHECKS - Traveling?  Get your Travelers Checks from us.  There is no issue charge for Travelers Checks to Home Folks Accounts Members.

CASHIER'S CHECKS - When you need a Bank Cashier's Check, just ask us.  We'll issue at no charge if you are a member of the Home Folks Account.  (Limit 5 per month.)

NOTARY SERVICE - Whenever you need the services of a notary, come to us.  We'll notarize your signature at no charge.

SIGNATURE GUARANTEE - At no additional charge, we will guarantee your signature on important documents and transactions.

UTILITY BILL PAYMENT - Now you can pay your Public Service, Phone, and Electric bills without charge at Round Top State Bank.  You not only save valuable time, but postage, too!

AUTOMATIC FUNDS TRANSFER - You save money by authorizing us to transfer funds each month from your checking to savings or arrange for loan payments to be automatically deducted from your Home Folks Account.

FINANCIAL PLANNING SEMINARS - Attend our periodic seminars on money management, tax shelters, budgeting and other financial matters.  As a member of the Home Folks Account, there is no charge.

WIRE TRANSFERS - Transfer funds from or into your account to any place in the United States for a reduced rate.
